In fulfillment of the information obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (Articles 13 and 14), we hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data in the context of our business relationship.
General information
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. Your data will be processed exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (General Data Protection Regulation, Data Protection Act, Telecommunications Act). In this privacy policy, we inform you as an existing or future customer about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our current or future business relationship.
Purpose and legal basis of data processing
We store and process the data provided by you (such as company name, name, telephone number, e-mail address) to prepare service offers and service invoices, for contract management, for customer and supplier support purposes and for marketing and advertising purposes.

Order number, address, company register data, VAT number, product and service categories, contact persons, bank details, data on creditworthiness, allocation to a specific customer or supplier category, blocking indicator, group affiliation, correspondence language, subject of the delivery and service, bonus and commission data, contact persons, third parties involved in the service, Delivery and service conditions, data on tax liability, data on customs clearance and export control, data on insurance of the delivery and service and on financing, financing and payment conditions, data on credit management, data on the payment and performance behavior of the person concerned, dunning data/complaint data, account and receipt data, service-specific expenses and income
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fulfillment of the contract including contract initiation (Article 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR), the fulfillment of legal obligations (Article 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR) and legitimate interests (Article 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Duration of data storage
We process your personal data, insofar as this is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes, for the duration of the business relationship, starting with the initiation of the contract until the termination of the contract. In addition, the necessary data will be stored until the expiry of the retention periods stipulated in the Austrian Commercial Code and the Federal Fiscal Code (generally seven years) and until the end of any legal dispute.
Data security and data transfer
We use a variety of structural, infrastructural, organizational and IT security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of customer data. Any data transfer or data transmission is carried out exclusively on the basis of statutory regulations.
As part of our business activities, we regularly work with external banks, legal representatives, auditors, debt collection agencies, contractual or business partners (who are involved or should be involved in the delivery or service), insurance companies and the Federal Statistical Office of Austria, which may gain access to your personal data in the course of their activities if necessary.
Contact by interested parties
If interested parties contact us (e.g. by email or online contact form), we will store their details for six months for the purpose of processing and responding to the inquiry and for any follow-up questions.We do not pass on this data without the consent of the respective interested party.

As a customer, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection.If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
